The Institute of Workforce Development (IWDev) LTD/GTE, a sister company of Workforce Management Centre Ltd was in 2007 accredited by the Federal Ministry of Education of Nigeria to operate as a National Career Centre for the purpose of assisting with the capacity building and development of the Nigerian Workforce.

The Institute of Workforce Development (IWDev), is focused on addressing Workforce development challenges in Nigeria.
